Returns

We take the utmost care and attention in producing Your Custom Clothes and as such endeavour to ensure that you are happy with our products 100% of the time. However, if you are unhappy with any product you have received from us you can contact us to discuss this.

Unfortunately, as we produce customised clothing and garments, we are unable to accept returns unless we are at fault for either a faulty garment or a mistake in the personalisation. Please note, if your artwork is submitted with a mistake, such as spelling errors etc, we will not be liable for any costs. Please ensure all submitted artwork is thoroughly checked prior to submission. If you find your garment is faulty and believe we are at fault, please contact us and return any faulty goods within 30 days of receipt. Rest assured that returns when we are at fault will be free delivery.

As we use garments from various manufacturers and brands, sizes can vary from garment to garment. Please ensure that you check each products sizing information before ordering, we cannot offer returns on personalised items that have been ordered in an incorrect size.

Finally, if you order a blank garment from us, this can be returned for a refund of the cost of the item within 14 days. Please note, you are liable for any return postage and refunds will only be issued once the item is received in the same condition as Your Custom Clothes dispatched. If there is any variation in condition, we hold the right to deduct a nominal amount from your refund to reflect its new resale value. In the event you would like to return a blank garment, please contact us.

Cancellations

Cancellations of your items are possible if a cancellation request is received before your garments are put into production. As we endeavour to provide you with your garments in the quickest possible timeframe, this can often be a same-day production. Once an order is put into production, it can not be cancelled due to the items now no longer being suitable for resale. 

If you cancel an order before it is put into production we reserve the right to charge for any out-of-pockett activities incurred, including but not limited to artwork production, materials ordering, restocking costs and any other charges incurred as a result of your order.
